How to create best banner components?
State one announcement. Give the AI the offer, launch, or update you want to communicate, along with the exact button label. Include timing or eligibility details only when they are real and relevant.
Specify the placement. Explain whether the banner sits above navigation, inside a page, or beside other content. Describe its height, background, image treatment, and whether it needs a dismiss control.
Keep the action visible. Compare versions with longer copy and smaller widths. Choose one that preserves the key message and action without overwhelming the surrounding page.
