Do you think that, after several months of working with the tool, everything is simple and understandable for each user? It may sound surprising, but it isn’t so easy all the time!
Only last week we obtained over 100 paying customers who give us valuable feedback.
We have already started implementing the so-called progressive user onboarding. For example:
- when you add the first component you can see a tooltip informing you about the possibilities of change of styles, fonts
- when the user enters Change Styles for the first time, he or she can see a help modal with all possibilities
Our onboarding can be still be improved and that’s exactly what we are working on right now!
